I just love this recipe cause it make me remember the taste of Italy reason why I want to share with you...ready to start this easy recipe which doesn't need leavened!!!
INGREDIENTS:
220 ml cooking cream
1 teaspoon of salt
300 gr flour
mozzarella
tomatoes
oregano
Add the cooking cream in a bowl, the salt and start kneading adding the flour a little at a time. We continue until we obtain a homogeneous consistency.
We gonna roll out with a rolling pin to obtain a thin sheet. With a cutter of about 10 cm we form many discs. It will be stuffed how we prefer. I can add some mozzarella on the discs and some tomato with salt and oregano; I really like the prosciutto stuffed to.
Brush the edges well with a little milk ; close well with your fingers and seal with a fork.
In a pan we gonna heat the oil for frying the calzones. We gonna fry them until browned.
